For commissioning me, you're expected to follow my terms and understand my base commission price.
I really appreciate when the commission is requested with details with the references included. A small doodle of stickman could help if you have your vision to be shared more effectively and clearly, so don't be shy.
Commissions are for personal use only. You can do anything with the work as long as it's not used to gain profit and make money.
Please do not take away my credit. The client must credit me (@matabeo70) as the artist, or have a link going back to one of my socials anytime my art is showcased.
Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on any of the artwork. (This includes the client!)
Clients are not permitted to use any of commissioned artworks for nonfungible tokens (NFT). Any action associating with NFT/crypto-currency is strictly prohibited.
Works used for commercial purposes would be upfront double.
The size of the artwork would be 3000-4000px in 300dpi as PNG, unless the other formats are requested.
The finished work will be sent through Google Drive or email. Please save the files as soon as you can when I send the works over, since I would delete the finished works from time to time.

As an artist,I have my rights to:

Cancel the commission if the client have rude or inappropriate behaviors, or any other similar circumstances.
Post the commissioned artworks on my social medias and portfolio with proper credit of my clients. The works will be posted in low quality and watermarked for safety.
If you wish to keep it private or anonymous, please let me know.

All prices are based for one character with simple background and in USD/VND
All price in total will be added with fees depending on the complexities.
Payment must be paid 100% after the sketch was approved. There is an option for a half and half payment, but please ask me first.

Refunds are not accepted!

Thumnbail > Sketch > Coloring > Rendering

After our discussion, I start off freely with the thumbnails and simple silhouettes depending on the requests listed in the order as I try my best to catch the character's personality.
Once the idea is approved to the next step, I will go on cleaning up the sketch and adding the needed details.
For the sketching phase, any minor details would be fixed for free. However, please aware that big-scale edits should be requested at this state. I would ask you to pay for a fixing fee if you require to fix more than 3 times before the work is in the coloring progress. (That’s would be $5/1 major fix)
There will be no major revisions after the sketch gets approved and paid to continue.
The turnaround would be within a week or longer depending on the difficulties and other things going on in my personal life. So please no rush me by any mean!
I will try to provide updates as soon as possible, but don't ask me for updates to frequently please. I will be the one who contacts you first.
