General info
For commissioning me, you're expected to follow my terms and understand my base commission price.
I really appreciate when the commission is requested with details with the references included.
Commissions are for personal use only. Works used for commercial purposes would be upfront double.
Please do not take away my credit. The client must credit me (@matabeo70) as the artist, or have a link going back to one of my socials anytime my art is showcased.
Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on any of the artwork. (This includes the client!)
Clients are not permitted to use any of commissioned artworks for nonfungible tokens (NFT). Any action associating with NFT/crypto-currency is strictly prohibited.
The size of the artwork would be 3000-4000px in 300dpi by default, unless the other formats are requested.
The finished work will be sent through Google Drive or email.
As an artist, I have my rights to:
Cancel the commission if the client have rude or inappropriate behaviors, or the .
Post the commissioned artworks on my social medias and portfolio with proper credit of my clients. The works will be posted in low quality and watermarked to be safe.
If you wish to keep it private or anonymous, please let me know.
Payment and Refunds
All prices are based for one character with simple background and in USD/VND
All price in total will be added with fees depending on the complexities.
Payment must be paid 100% after the sketch was approved. There is an option fto pay for a half of price first, but please ask me beforehand.
For International clients: Paypal (with invoices), Wise, Ko-fi
For local clients from Vietnam: Momo, Local Bank
Refunds are not accepted unless it's emergency!
Workflow
Thumnbail > Sketch > Coloring > Rendering
After our discussion, I start off with some colored thumbnails based on the requests listed in the order before making the approved piece into a sketch.
Minor changes (details, colors, small accessories) are allowed. Major changes (like pose adjustments) are not permitted mid-process. That’s would be $5 per one major fix
The turnaround would be within a week or longer depending on the difficulties and other things going on in my personal life. So please do not rush me by any mean!
I will try to provide updates as soon as possible, so don't ask me for updates too frequently. I will be the one who contacts you first.
